In this guide, we will explore the process of creating a proposal, or in other words, providing a quote. Follow the steps below to efficiently create a new proposal in the Wholesale Accounts module.

Step 1: Access the Proposals Section
Open your left navigation menu.
Click on the Wholesale Accounts menu option.
Next, Select an account and click on the Proposals tab.
Click on the Add Proposal button to start creating a new proposal.
Step 2: Fill in Store Proposal Details
You will be directed to the Store Proposal section, where you can edit various details.
For this example, we will leave everything at default.
The following fields above are as follows:
Proposal Name: A unique identifier for the sales order, usually including the date or a specific order reference.
Buying Group: The purchasing group the customer is part of, if applicable.
Classification: Defines the type of order (e.g., Invoice, Credit, etc.).
Sales Person: The name of the person responsible for managing the sale or customer interaction.
Customer: The name of the client or business for whom the sales order is being created.
Reference Number: The reference ID of the proposal being created.
Contact: The contact number to be used for the memo.
Contact Email: The contact email for the memo.
Payment Terms: Specifies how and when payment is due, such as "Due on receipt" or "Net 30 days."
Proposal Date: The date in which the proposal is created.
Due Date: The date by which the customer has requested the order to be fulfilled.
Bill To: The billing address or entity responsible for payment.
Ship To: The shipping address or location where the order will be delivered.
Tracking Number: A tracking number for shipment monitoring, once the order has been dispatched.
Ship Via: The preferred shipping method or carrier for delivering the product (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
Notes: Any additional comments or special instructions related to the sales order.
Continue by pressing Next in the top right corner.
Step 3: Add Products to the Proposal
In this section, you need to add products to the proposal. Items can be selected in several ways:
By scanning them with a barcode scanner.
By manually selecting them from the list.
By uploading a spreadsheet using the Select From Excel or CSV button.
Once you are satisfied with your product selection, click Next.

Step 4: Finalize Proposal Edits
Here, you can make final edits to the proposal, including:
Changing the unit price.
Applying discounts.
Adjusting the quantity of items.
When you are happy with your adjustments, click Complete.
Step 5: What's Next Action Wizard
After completing the proposal, you will see the What's Next Action Wizard with the following options:
Send Proposal: This option allows you to send the newly created proposal via email. The recipient is defaulted to the Primary Contact Name on the Account.
View Proposal: This option lets you view the PDF version of the proposal.
Print Tags: Use this option to send tags for printing to one of your configured printers in the system.
Add Another: This option allows you to jump directly into creating a new proposal right away.
