How do I create a new Wholesale Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?

  • Navigate to the Wholesale Accounts module from the left-hand navigation menu.
  • Select the desired wholesale account and click on the RMA tab.
  • Click the Create RMA button to begin the setup.
  • Set the item status, choose whether the item has already been received or if a shipment needs to be created.
  • Select the items for return by scanning, manual selection, or uploading via spreadsheet.
  • Finalize the credit details and click Complete & Create RMA to finalize the RMA.
