How can I search for clients who like a specific designer but haven’t made a purchase yet?

You can use the Retail Clienteling feature in Flawless POS to find and organize clients who show interest in specific designers, even if they haven’t made a purchase or created a wishlist yet. This tool allows you to build customized customer lists based on tags, preferences, or designer interest. 

Steps to Use the Retail Clienteling Feature:

1. Go to Retail Clienteling:

   • Navigate to Dashboard -> Retail Clienteling.

2. Create a New List:

   • Click New List on the left-hand side.

   • Choose Create New List to start a new custom filter.

3. Apply Filters:

   • Use filters such as Tags, Designers, Lifetime Spend, or Purchase History to narrow down your clients.

   • For example, if you’ve tagged clients by designer preference, select that tag to view all customers who like a specific designer.

4. Save and Manage Lists:

   • Once filters are applied, click Save List.

   • You can access saved lists anytime from the left-hand panel under Saved Lists.

This feature allows you to quickly pull up a list of potential clients to contact during upcoming shows or when new designer collections arrive.
