How can I fix the issue where an option doesn’t appear when creating product pairs?

If an option isn’t clickable when viewing a product that includes different variants variants, it typically means the variant options need to be refreshed in the Product List.


Steps to Resolve the Issue:

  1. Open the Product Variant:

    • Go to Product List.

    • Locate the product that’s showing the issue 

    • Click to open the product and select the Variants tab.

  2. Clear the Existing Option:

    • Find the variant that’s not linking correctly.

    • Click on the option and select Clear Option from the dropdown menu.

    • This will remove the incorrect or stuck pairing.

  3. Re-select the Option:

    • Once cleared, click on the same variant again.

    • Choose the correct option depending on which variant needs linking.

  4. Save Changes:

    • After re-selecting, click Save at the top-right corner of the screen.

    • This will refresh the link between the different options.

 The option will now be clickable on the live product page, and the variants will appear correctly under the product options.
