In this article, we’ll walk through the process of removing, adding, and updating designers associated with your vendors in the Flawless POS system. Use this guide to manage designer assignments for products more effectively.

Step 1: Access the Product List
To begin, navigate to your left navigation menu.
Expand the Inventory menu, then select Product List to view all available products.
Step 2: Select the Product for Editing
Select the product you wish to edit from the list. For this example, we will be using the product called 14K Yellow Diamond Engagement Ring - 1ct Round Cut Yellow Gold 5.
In the product details page, locate the Designer field.
Step 3: Add a New Designer
To add a designer:
Click the three-dot icon next to the Designer field.
From the dropdown options, select Add New Item.
In the dialog box that appears, enter the new designer’s name.
Click OK to save the new designer, which will now be available in the Designer field dropdown.
Step 4: Update an Existing Designer
To update an existing designer:
Click the three-dot icon next to the Designer field.
Select Select from List from the dropdown options.
In the Select dialog, find the designer you want to update and click the pencil icon next to their name.
Make the necessary updates and confirm the changes. The updated designer name will now appear in the list. In this example, we changed the Designer’s name from Lequirus to Lark.
Step 5: Delete a Designer
To delete a designer:
Click the three-dot icon next to the Designer field.
Choose Select from List to open the designer options.
Click the trash icon next to the designer you want to delete.
A confirmation dialog will appear, allowing you to select a replacement designer for products currently assigned to the designer being deleted. In this example, we’ll be replacing the designer’s name into Jov
Select the replacement designer, then click Delete Designer to confirm and complete the process.
