This article explains how to perform inventory checks on a House Account and how to import checklists to merge multiple inventory checks.

You may refer to these videos for a step-by-step guide on Inventory Checks and Importing Checklists:

Part 1: Performing an Inventory Check

  1. Access the House Account Inventory Check

    • Open the Wholesale Accounts from the left navigation menu.

  • Select House Account. For this example, we will use the account named Jov.

  1. Initiate an Inventory Check

    • Go to the Memo tab and click on Product Checklist.

  • To start a new check, click Start Inventory Check.

  • Enter your name in the Create Checklist dialog and press OK.

  1. Navigate Inventory Views

    • Use the Search Bar to find items.

    • The first dropdown menu lets you switch between views:

      • Show as Table: Lists items in rows.

      • Show as Grid: Shows item attributes such as price, SKU, and expected quantity.

  • The second dropdown controls item display:

    • Show All Items: Displays all products.

    • Show Incomplete Items: Shows items not yet matched with system quantity.

    • Show Selected Items Only: Starts with an empty grid for scanning items individually.

4. Adjust Inventory Details

  • More Options using the Grid Selection(under each item):

    • Adjust found quantity.

    • Reset quantity to zero.

    • View a larger image of the item.

Note: For the Show as Table option in the dropdown, you may be able to find these functionalities by right clicking on the row of the product.

5. Track and Save Progress

  • Use the Last Selected widget (bottom-right) to view recently selected items.

  • Save progress by clicking Save (top-right). The completed check appears at the top of the list, showing quantities found, extra items, and missing items.

6. Finalize or Export

  • To complete or continue a check, click the three-dot button beside the checklist entry.

  • Use the Download option to save the inventory list as a PDF File. Note that larger lists may take extra time.

Part 2: Importing an Inventory Checklist

  1. Prepare for Import

    • Open the Products Checklist tab.

    • Start a new, empty checklist if not done already.

  1. Import Another Checklist

    • Select Show Selected Items Only view to work with an empty checklist.

  • Press Import Another Checklist (below the Search Bar) and select the checklist you want to import.

  • Review the creation date, creator name, and items found on each checklist, then press OK.

  1. Save the Checklist

    • Imported items appear as if they were scanned manually.

    • Remember to save to retain the imported data.
