How to Deactivate or Delete a Product

This article explains the steps to deactivate or delete products from your inventory in Flawless POS.

Steps to Access Product List

  1. Navigate to Products Module

    • Open the left navigation menu.

    • Expand the Inventory menu and click on Product List.

       

  1. Search for the Product

    • Use the Search bar to locate the product you wish to delete or deactivate.For this example, we will be using the product named Iron Forge Ring.

       


Deactivate or Delete a Single Product

  1. Open Product Options

    • Click the three-dotted button next to the product to expand the context menu.

  2. Choose Action

    • Delete Item: Permanently removes the item from the product list.

    • Inactivate Item: Hides the product from the active view but keeps it in the system.



Bulk Deactivate or Delete Multiple Products

  1. Select Multiple Products


    • Check the boxes to the left of each product you want to deactivate or delete.

  1. Choose Bulk Action


    • Press the round action button at the top left to open the context menu.

    • Choose Inactivate Product to hide the selected products or Delete Product to remove them permanently. 

  1. View Inactive Products

    • To see deactivated products, enable the Include Inactive column in the filter.
