How to Create Items in Bulk

This article guides you through the Bulk Create feature in the Product List module, enabling you to add multiple items to your inventory quickly.

1. Access Product Module

   • Open the left navigation menu.

   • Expand the Inventory menu and select Product List.
     
      
     
     

2. Initiate Bulk Create

   • Click the round action button on the left side of the screen.

   • Select Bulk Create to open the Prepare Create Products dialog.
     
      
     
     

3. Set Up Product Details

   • Select Vendor: Choose an existing vendor or create a new one.
     
     

• Auto-Create SKUs: You can allow the system to auto-generate SKUs using a template or create SKUs manually. For more information on Managing SKU Templates, you may refer to this article [Managing SKU Templates]
  
  

• Specify Item Count: Enter the number of items to create (e.g., two items in this example).

4. Enter Mandatory Fields

   • Fill in the essential fields for each item (Image, SKU, Name, Cost, etc.). SKUs will auto-populate if that option was selected.
     
      
     
     

5. Create Items

   • Once all details are entered, press Create Items to save the new products.
